1. Email follow-ups for offline viewers

Ever had a viewer go offline before getting an answer to their question? Now, team members can email responses directly from the streaming app. No more copying email addresses manually.

2. Improved statistics & reports

The statistics have gotten not one but two updates. Firstly, you can now filter your statistics by date. Simply select a date range to view subscribers and viewer data for a specific period. Looking up your data is now easier than ever! 

Secondly, you’re able to view votes per answer in your evaluation forms. See how many votes each answer received in evaluation forms to understand your audience preferences. This helps you get clearer insights into feedback.

3. Set a start date for recurring broadcasts

Scheduling recurring webinars just got even better. Now, you can set a specific start date when creating your schedule. This gives you more flexibility and control over your planning, so your webinars run exactly when you need them to.

4. Longer follow-up & reminder email window

Previously, you could send follow-ups and reminders up to 14 days after a webinar. Now, you have 30 days to stay connected with your audience. Instead of rushing to send reminders right away, you can now space them out strategically. This way your messages land at the right moment, whether it's a recap, a special offer, or an invitation to your next webinar.

5. Evaluation form results in the API

For those automating their workflows, we’ve added evaluation form results to our REST API and webhooks. Now, you can automatically pull evaluation data into your existing systems, saving you the time and effort of manual data entry.
